1. Without, I bet: more empty space to fill. (Freezers freeze better & with less energy when filled)
2. i would think without. more volume to cover without furniture than with. makes sense
3. Every item in your home is a heat "sink". That is it absorbs heat. When the heat is off they give it back. It costs less to heat a furnished home.
